1. Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Please double-check your order, file format, and license type before completing the payment.
Problems with downloads:
If you encounter technical issues while downloading your file, contact us at iampricklywickly@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
We will provide a new download link or assist you in resolving the issue.

2. Physical Prints
Damaged or defective prints:
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us at iampricklywickly@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include a photo of the damage or defect.
We will replace the print at no extra cost.
Incorrect orders:
If you receive the wrong print (wrong size, finish, or image), contact us immediately.
We will correct the order and ship the replacement free of charge.
Non-returnable items:
Custom prints or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Refunds
Refunds are not available for digital products.
For eligible physical products (damaged or incorrect items), we will either replace the item or issue a refund after verifying the issue.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
